Our staff is our family. We work and laugh together, everybody bringing their own unique identity into the mix. This obviously gives us plenty to joke about. They work hard and help each other out. They have great attitudes. They strive to offer our guests a great experience. We appreciate all that they do. We couldn’t ask for better people. Thank you to our Parker House family!!

I have heard it said that if you haven’t been to the Parker House in the last six months, then you may have the wrong perception. I have to agree. For those of you who don’t know us that well, my brother Andy and I took over from the Parkers about 4 years ago. And a lot has changed in that time frame! At first it was gradual, but now things are kicking in to high gear. The reasons are many, but in a nutshell, we made a conscious decision about a year ago to really adapt this restaurant into who we are. To more or less take off the blinders and put more of our personalities into the Parker House. Taking fresh, local ingredients and deliciously craft into works of art is Andy’s passion and talent. I have watched him grow and get better exponentially over the years. (I have had first-hand experience tasting all of his newest experiments from many, many cookouts at my house!)
